Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. ============ BOOKING INFO / CREDIT CARD ON FILE A valid credit card (or visa debit card) is required to secure the appointment you've committed to. I will also be asking for CC info if you call to book. Please have your card info ready. The card WILL NOT be charged unless there is a violation of the cancellation policy. (CC info is stored securely with a PCI compliant processing company). **Upon booking the card is NOT charged before the massage, it is saved on file.** ==================== CANCELLATION POLICY The cancellation policy is not intended to be a punishment, it’s a way to protect my most valuable resource - my time. The policy is simple: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, or you haven’t notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a missed appointment fee (equal to the full cost of the treatment booked). The fee will be waived if you can find someone to come in your place. If this occurs, please inform me so I can schedule them in and send any necessary forms they may need to fill out.
